Mission & Approach
Structured, Evidence-Based, and Individualized
My goal in therapy is not simply to talk through challenges. It is to create measurable, lasting change in how you think, respond, and operate under pressure.
I want to redefine therapy by integrating research-backed methods with a highly individualized approach to ensure your treatment is both personally relevant and clinically effective.
Understanding High-Performing Individuals
I work specifically with men who are used to performing at a high level, holding themselves to a high standard, and carrying significant responsibility.
Some might describe that as being a “high value” man. In my experience, it often means there isn’t much space to slow down or process what that level of pressure actually costs.
Over time, this can create a disconnect between how you perform externally and how you feel internally.
My role is to understand both the external demands of your job and your internal experience, so you can address both without compromising one or the other. My background has given me a clear understanding of those internal and external demands that come with high performance.
Background & Approach
I bring over seven years of experience in healthcare and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
My work integrates evidence-based modalities, including Somatic and Experiential Therapy and Humanistic Therapy. Rather than adhering to a single framework, I draw from multiple methods and tailor them with precision based on your needs.
This allows us to move beyond surface-level coping and focus on resolving the underlying patterns that drive stress, anxiety, and relational challenges.
My work continues to evolve alongside current research, ensuring that you receive care that is modern, effective, and aligned with real-world demands.
